How we can help you?

The GLAS scheme involves meeting certain requirements e.g. choosing trees from a designated list, ensuring all invoices have passport numbers for each individual product purchased.  We can manage this whole process for you. Once you place your order of the approved products, we will ensure the necessary paperwork is completed.

If you are a farmer or estate manager, who will be participating in all three sections Native Trees, New Hedgerows and Native Orchards, we are familiar with the requirements of all areas and will manage the paperwork for all sections.

What is the GLAS scheme?

GLAS is the Green Low Agri Environment Scheme and is part of the Rural Development Scheme for 2014 – 2020

What is the purpose of GLAS?

GLAS aims to encourage farmers and estate managers to promote biodiversity, protect water quality, and also to help combat climate change.

Which products are included in the GLAS scheme?

There are three sections covered in the scheme:  Native Trees, New Hedgrows and Native Orchards. Within each section there are approved products that must be purchased to qualify under the scheme.
