Cherry Laurel
Prunus Laurocerasus Rotundafolia. Common Laurel or Cherry Laurel. Laurel is an excellent plant for hedging and screening. It is evergreen and quick-growing. Laurel leaves are large, shiny and bright green. It has masses of white flowers in the spring – although the flower buds are often cut off when the hedge is trimmed. The flowers are followed by non-edible, red berries that eventually turn black. Eventual height: up to 5m. Cherry Laurel 60-80cm
