Clematis Early Sensation

Clematis Early Sensation is a delightful and early-blooming variety of clematis. Known for its captivating flowers and vigorous growth, this plant will add a touch of elegance to any garden or landscape. Early Sensation is an evergreen non clinging clematis that has good-sized white flowers with a greeny/cream centre from April to May it then has fantastic seed heads for the rest of the season. It prefers to be planted in a south or west-facing aspect which is also sheltered from the wind. Early Sensation can also be grown in a pot with a support if need be.

Pruning Group 1: This group comprises the early-blooming clematis that flower on shoots produced the previous season. They require no regular pruning except for the removal of faded flowers.
