Rosa Rugosa ‘Rubra’. Rosa Rugosa ‘Alba’. This mix (50% each of red and white) of the two varieties of rosa rugosa will make a good dense and colourful hedge. A vigorous medium-sized shrub with prickly stems and glossy, leaves turning yellow in autumn. Fragrant, single, red (rubra) or white (alba) flowers in summer.
