Rosa Rugosa Mixed Hedge
Rosa Rugosa ‘Rubra’. Rosa Rugosa ‘Alba’. This mix (50% each of red and white) of the two varieties of rosa rugosa will make a good dense and colourful hedge. A vigorous medium-sized shrub with prickly stems and glossy, leaves turning yellow in autumn. Fragrant, single, red (rubra) or white (alba) flowers in summer. Followed by large scarlet hips in Autumn. Supplied bare root at height: 40-60cm.(1.5-2ft) . Image shows hedge with rubra variety – for illustration only.
