Begonia ‘Masoniana’. Iron Cross Begonia. Iron cross begonia leaves are easily recognizable. Textured, leathery leaves held on furry pink stems, marked with a reddish-brown iron-cross pattern in the centre. It may produce sprays of pinkish-white flowers in spring and summer, but these blooms are insignificant compared to the striking foliage. Pinching off flower buds will promote bigger, healthier leaves.
