Cordyline Australis Torbay Dazzler. Cabbage tree, Cabbage palm.   A tender, erect, palm-like, evergreen tree with terminal tufts of sword-shaped leaves, heavily striped with creamy white. Ideal seaside shrub, and makes a good container plant when young.
