Arum Italicum
Arum italicum, also known as Italian arum or Italian lords-and-ladies, is a perennial plant native to Europe and parts of North Africa. It is recognizable by its glossy, arrow-shaped leaves, which often have white or pale green veining. In the spring, the plant produces pale green to yellowish spathes (leaf-like bracts) that surround a spadix (a spike of small flowers). After flowering, bright orange-red berries appear in late summer to autumn, providing a striking contrast against the foliage.
