Galanthus Woronowii x 350

This is our bulk offer of Galanthus woronowii x 350 bulbs. Commonly known as Woronow’s snowdrop or the Caucasian snowdrop, this is a perennial bulbous plant belonging to the Amaryllidaceae family. It is native to the Caucasus region, which includes parts of Eastern Europe and Western Asia. This beautiful and delicate flowering plant is a popular ornamental species, cherished for its early spring bloom and charming appearance. Each stem bears a single pendulous, bell-shaped flower that hangs downward. The flower consists of three outer white petals, often with a subtle green mark on the inner side, and three smaller inner petals. Galanthus woronowii prefers partial to full shade and well-draining soil. It often thrives in woodland gardens, rock gardens, or under deciduous trees.
The plant is relatively cold-hardy and can tolerate frost, which contributes to its early flowering time.

It is highly regarded by garden enthusiasts and collectors of rare and unusual plants.

Height: 15CM approx. Plant 5CM apart in a sunny or shady position. Flowers: January-March.
