Banksia Integrifolia. ‘Coastal’ banksia. A small evergreen tree/shrub with whorled, velvety, light brown leaves, mid-green and white beneath when mature. It produces spikes of pale yellow flowers in summer/winter. It has good resistance to wind and salt, making it suitable for seaside planting. Highly valued by bees because it produces large amounts of pollen and nectar during autumn and winter.
