Dessert apple with a light, sweet flavour. When you cut one in half, you will see a starburst of clean white and vibrant pink flesh, radiating in fairly regular patterns from the seeds in the centre. A small to medium sized tree with green foliage and fragrant white/pink flowers in spring, followed by edible fruit in late Summer – early Autumn. Pollination Group 2. Partially self fertile. Can be cross- pollinated with varieties from adjacent pollination groups (1,2,3).
