Acer Rubrum

Acer rubrum, commonly known as the Red Maple, is a stunning deciduous tree native to eastern North America. This tree is beloved for its brilliant display of vibrant red foliage in the fall, making it a favourite for autumn landscapes. In spring and summer, its leaves are green and deeply lobed, adding a lush canopy to any garden or park.

The Red Maple typically grows to a height of over 12 meters with a spread of over 8 meters. Its growth habit is broadly rounded, creating a lovely silhouette against the sky. During late winter and early spring, before the leaves emerge, small red flowers appear, adding a subtle beauty to the landscape.

This adaptable tree thrives in a variety of soil types and moisture conditions, making it a versatile choice for many environments.
