- Our standard delivery charge for online purchases is €14.99 per order, regardless of the number of items, size or weight of the products, for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- This rate also applies to bulky orders, such as garden furniture, large orders of plants & trees that are listed on our website which also require crating.
- If a product you order is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value, with your prior consent.

- Your Clarenbridge Garden Centre gift card is valid for up to 5 years from the date of issuance. You can redeem it at any of our garden centre locations or over the phone for online orders.
- If you wish to purchase a gift card with a specific value that is not available online, please contact us. We can assist you in selecting the desired value to be added to the gift card. Please note that for gift card delivery, the minimum amount required is €60.
Availability of Stock

- We will hold orders for 3 days, and if the customer does not contact the store to arrange a later collection date, we will automatically cancel the orders.
- When collecting their order, customers must present their order confirmation email or order number and a valid form of identification.
If a customer is unable to collect their order within the specified timeframe, they must promptly contact the store to arrange an alternative collection date. Additionally, if the store cannot reach the customer after multiple attempts, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a refund.

- The customer will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to products that occur after collecting their order from the garden centres.

- Competitions are open to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents. Only people aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Clarenbridge Garden Centre Ltd. Furthermore, their immediate family members, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
